Dog days are over!

It's oficial!! I made it out!!! I graduated!! Uhuuuuu!

It was a rough path but I finally got to the end of this journey, at least this chapter of it. I know there is much to come, but I was able to graduate from architecture, something that seemed so far away...

My final project had to be done "alone", after years of working on groups of 4 or 5 people, I had to do it all by myself, but the plus side is that I could choose whatever I liked to work on and in the end these "alone" projects are never really done alone, you can always count on your friends and family to help you out.
So thank you! to everybody that helped and everybody that offered to help! and thank you to everybody that was around and was a friend is these hard times!

As my final project, I chose to make a video game, yes, it was a megalomaniac project, yes I wasn't able to finish it, but the process was valid, I learned a lot and was able to pass with it, somehow XD

I think the hardest part of it all was to make the book that had all the work in it, with the whole process throughly described in a way where every decision was justified. I'm really rusty at writing and it showed, but I got the message through and for now that is enough. Writing better is definitely going into my "needs to work on" list.

The game got to a stage, I believe, is pretty solid. With every main aspect defined and ready for production. I thought about all the mechanics and tested them to make sure they were working well together, I also decided on the visual aesthetics the game would have and had a friend doing the programming for me (that was allowed, I asked).

About the game itself, it is a survival rouguelike point and click with zombie theme. I tried to keep it as simple as possible, but it was way too complex for a first try, I should have made it smaller and simpler, but I can always go back and try to finish it in the future, with more knowledge and knowhow of game making. I'll post more about it when I work on it again.

Going to wrap up this already long post with the aesthetics I was going to use on the game:
